PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hybrid polymer sheet and a method for analyzing a sample are provided to enhance accuracy of the analysis, to prevent sensitivity from being decreased due to diluents, and to prevent analysis equipment from being damaged.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hybrid polymer sheet comprises the following steps: forming a penetration hole in a mask film; and polarizing or depolarizing a partial domain of the polymer sheet(30) through the penetration hole. The step of polarizing or depolarizing the polymer sheet comprises the following steps: combining a supporting substrate on one side of the mask film; forming the polymer sheet by burying the penetration hole on the other side of the mask film and hardening a polymer composition; eliminating the supporting substrate; polarizing or depolarizing the partial domain of the polymer sheet which is exposed through the penetration hole; and forming a protrusion(32) which is polarized on the polymer sheet by eliminating the mask film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
