PURPOSE: An installation method and apparatus of a marine wind power generator are provided to easily and quickly construct a tower structure by transporting tower structure parts through a carriage and rail members and raising the tower structure parts with a strand jack. CONSTITUTION: An installation apparatus of a marine wind power generator comprises a foundation(20), a barge(30), rail members(40) and a strand jack(50). The barge is installed adjacent to a base structure. The rail members are installed on the top of the foundation and the barge. The strand jack raises tower structure parts for a wind power generator. The tower structure part is transported to the lower side of the strand jack through a carriage(42) and the rail members and raised by the strand jack to connect another tower structure part to the bottom. A crane(32) moves the uppermost structure of the wind power generator to the top of the tower structure and connects them each other.
