PURPOSE: A packing box is provided to easily disassemble the box without using a separate tool for disassembling, and to prevent the packing box from being damaged.;CONSTITUTION: A packing box(10) for settling an electronic product(1) comprises the following: a first packing unit(100) partially wrapping the electronic product; and a second packing unit(200) covering the other part where the first packing unit is incapable of covering while passing through the first packing unit. The first packing unit includes more than one combining unit closely formed the second packing unit.
