PURPOSE: An optical touch screen is provided to perform an optical touch input by an infrared ray at a remote plate without physical contact.;CONSTITUTION: A display panel(101) has plural pixels, and an infrared fluorescent material(111) is arranged in the plural pixels. The infrared fluorescent material emits light when being exposed to an infrared ray.
