PURPOSE: A method for making hot cake using yeast instead of baking powder which is a chemical leavening agent is provided to prevent hyperingestion of aluminum by baking powder.;CONSTITUTION: A method for making hot cake comprises: a step of measuring and mixing wheat flour, sugar, non-fat milk, pumpkin powder, and sa a step of sieving wheat flour to obtain fine wheat flour; and a step of packing the wheat flour mixture. The wheat flour mixture contains 60-77.5 weight% of wheat flour, 3-11 weight% of sugar, 1-5.4 % of non-fat milk, 0.5-2.8 weight% of pumpkin powder, and 0.1-1.3 weight parts of salt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
