PURPOSE: A polymer or ceramic filter and a portable moisture supply apparatus using the same are provided to minimize the contamination of the liquid supplied to a moisture supply apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: A polymer or ceramic filter(16) comprises an inflow face(16X), a discharging face(16Y), a liquid emitting part(16W), and an air intake part(16A). The inflow face contacts with the liquid. The discharging face faces the inflow face and contacts with the air. The liquid emitting part passes through the inflow and discharging faces and is taperingly formed so that the diameter of the liquid inflow hole formed at the inflow face is bigger than that of the liquid discharging hole formed at the liquid discharging face. The air intake part comprises the air discharging hole formed at the inflow face and the air inflow hole formed at the discharging face.
