PURPOSE: A noise reducing device of a vehicle fuel tank is provided to rapidly attach a baffle to a fuel tank by previously installing a fixing part in the fuel tank and forming the coupling grooves coupled with the fixing part at the baffle.;CONSTITUTION: A noise reducing device of a vehicle fuel tank comprises a fixing part(200) and a baffle(300). The fixing part is installed at the top of the inner side of the fuel tank. The baffle includes a coupling side(310) and a shield(320). At the coupling side, the coupling grooves(311) coupled with the fixing part are formed. The shield is installed to be extended downwardly from both ends of the coupling side.
