PURPOSE: A cooling and heating system is provided to share parts and reduce manufacturing costs by performing a heating and cooling operation with one system.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating system comprises a circulating gas compressor(100), a vortex tube(300), a valve unit(500), a heat exchange chamber(700), a blower(200), a circulating gas accumulator(400), and a controller(800). The vortex tube receives the circulating gas compressed from the circulating gas compressor, then divides the circulating gas into hot air and cold air, and then discharges the hot air and the cold air through a hot air outlet(320) and a cold air outlet(340), respectively. The valve unit controls a discharging level and the temperature difference between the hot air and the cold air discharged from the vortex tube by controlling the opening level of the hot air outlet. The heat exchange chamber comprises a hot air exchanger(720) and a cold air exchanger(740) connected to the hot air outlet and the cold air outlet, respectively. The blower blows wind toward the heat exchange chamber.
