PURPOSE: A transportable compressive collection device for the natural gas and a natural gas collection method using the same are provided to collect in an unblocked main pipe the gas emitted from the section blocked for maintenance processes, such as moving and replacing a pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A transportable compressive collection device for the natural gas comprises a base member(10), a gas compressor(20), a driver(30), a main cooler(40), a main controller(50), a first pipe member(60) and a second pipe member(70). The base member comprises a plurality of wheels at its lower part and is moved while connected to a trailer(3). The gas compressor is installed on the top of the base member and compresses the gas. The driver is installed at the top of the base member and operates the gas compressor. The main cooler is installed at the top of the base member and cools the driver. The main controller controls the operation of the gas compressor, the driver and the main cooler. The other end of the first pipe member is connected to the gas inlet of the compressor and discharges the gas from the blocked section to the gas compressor.
