NATURAL GAS COLLECTING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF PERFORMING THE OPERATION WITHOUT THE GAS EMISSION IN THE PIPE MAINTENANCE

PURPOSE: A natural gas collecting device is provided to prevent the environment pollution and reduce the gas loss by collecting the gas emitted from the blocked section in the maintenance processes and supplying it to a power plant.;CONSTITUTION: A natural gas collecting device comprises a gas collection pipe(10), a pressure control valve(20), a pressure meter(30) and a collection control valve(40). One end of the gas collection pipe is connected to the branch pipe blocked for the maintenance process at a main pipe connecting to a gas supply spot. The other end of the gas collection pipe is connected to the branch pipe which is not blocked. The pressure control valve is installed at the gas collection pipe and controls the pressure of the gas collected along the gas collection pipe. The pressure meter is installed at the gas collection pipe after the pressure control valve. The pressure meter measures the pressure of the gas. The gas collection control valve is installed at the gas collection pipe after the pressure meter. The collection control valve opens and closes the conduit of the gas collection pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
