PURPOSE: A high-sensitivity porous glucose biosensor including a porous conductive polymer nano-rod structure and a preparing method thereof are provided to prevent the reduction of electrode area due to the miniaturization of device.;CONSTITUTION: A high-sensitivity porous glucose biosensor comprises a reference electrode, a relative electrode and a working electrode. The working electrode comprises conductive polymer nano-rods and a porous silicon material. A Au layer is laminated on the top of the silicon material and a Ti layer is laminated between the silicon material and the Au layer. The conductive polymer nano-rods are formed on the top of the Au layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
