PURPOSE: A medical treatment protection global positioning system and a method thereof using a wireless communication for efficiently managing the medical treatment protection are provided to manage whether the medical treatment protection is performed.;CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal comprises tag recording identification information about medical treatment protection. A repeater is connected to the portable terminal and the wireless communications module. The repeater stores access information of the medical treatment protection.
