PURPOSE: A fuse removing device and a fuse removing method are provided to safely remove an active fuse of a dud in a location which is away from the dud.;CONSTITUTION: A fuse removing device comprises a driving force generating unit(140), a hitting rod(110), a body(130), and a controller(120). The driving force generating unit is formed in a hollow shaft shape in order to fill a propellant. One part of the hitting rod is inserted into the driving force generating unit. The driving force generating unit is installed to the body. The hitting rod is installed in the body part in order that the hitting rod faces a fuse of ammunition.
