PURPOSE: A situation recognition based school zone safety management system is provided to rapidly deal with emergency situation by checking whether there is emergency situation.;CONSTITUTION: A situation recognition analysis software detects and traces an object by using adaptive difference image. The situation recognition analysis software executes functions like space convergence, pattern tuning, learning, knowledge learning, situation recognition deduction, and emergency situation processing by using situation information generated with the software. An emergency processing module gets the exact image through the close shot. A transmission part transmits the acquired image with the wire or the radio system. A monitoring system is composed of a displayed picture, a photographic image list, object scanning situation, a binarization screen, photographic image inquiry, and message log.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
