PURPOSE: A base station cooperative technique using a cooperation base station cluster and a system thereof are provided to eliminate interference effectively by selecting the cooperative base station cluster and assigning a transmission resource to a corresponding sub-band.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal(100) measures a DL(DownLink) channel of adjacent base stations. The terminal transmits interference information measured wireless environment and interference information according to the measured wireless environment to a serving base station(200). The serving base station selects one among the cooperative base station clusters. The selected cluster includes adjacent base station of most much interference about the terminal. The serving base station assigns a transmission resource of the terminal to a corresponding sub-band.
