PURPOSE: A lost child preventing system using a short range wireless communications network and a service providing method using the system are provided to transfer an emergent situation to a care center server of a district police server in a real time.;CONSTITUTION: A map data providing server(3) is connected with a central control terminal(1) to a wireless internet. A care central server(4) is connected with the central control terminal to the wireless internet. A police station server(5) is connected with the central control terminal to the wireless internet. A plurality of ID tags(2) is composed of memories and short range communications modules.
