PURPOSE: A hyperbranch polymer is provided to maintain adhesion, heat resistance, and sensitivity and to improve low viscosity and high developing property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hyperbranch polymer comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 1 with a compound of chemical formula 3 in solvent to generate urethane binding; and a step of adding a compound of chemical formula 4. A photosensitive resin composition contains the hyperbranch polymer, solvent, multifunctional cross linker, optical initiator, and a pigment.
