PURPOSE: A gel food composition with constipation improvement and prevention function is provided to improve eating convenience and taste while improving evacuation movement by manufacturing aloe vera and aloe aborescence as a gel stage.;CONSTITUTION: A gel food composition with constipation improvement and prevention function contains aloe vera and aloe aborescence as main components. A mixture weight ratio of the aloe vera and the aloe aborescence is 70-100:5-30. The gel food composition additionally includes mixed herb extract. A manufacturing method of the gel food composition includes a step for mixing materials, dissolving mixed liquid with gum, a step for adding salt in liquid, a step for sterilizing a mixture for 15 minutes, a step for cooling the mixture, and a step for forming fluid gel.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
