PURPOSE: An exhaust manifold of an engine is provided to restrict or properly absorb thermal transformation around the junction part of an exhaust manifold.;CONSTITUTION: An exhaust manifold of an engine comprises fastening flanges(5), coupling flanges(3), a reference hole(7), and a thermal deformation prevention hole(9). The fastening flanges are formed on the top and bottom of ports(15,17,19,21,23) and fastened to a cylinder head with bolts. The coupling flanges form a vertical plane perpendicular to the fastening flanges. The reference hole, which serves as assembly reference during assembly of an exhaust manifold, is formed in one of the fastening flanges. The thermal deformation prevention hole is formed in the fastening flange which is vertically symmetrical with the fastening flange in which the reference hole is formed. The thermal deformation prevention hole is formed to be larger than the reference hole but to prevent the thermal transformation of the exhaust manifold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
