PURPOSE: A phosphorescent compound and an organic light-emitting device including thereof are provided to secure the color purity of the compound for manufacturing the organic light-emitting device with the improved efficiency and lifetime.;CONSTITUTION: A phosphorescent compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are hydrogen, an alkyl group of C1~C10, a cycloalkyl group of C3~C7, and an aryl group of C6~C14, respectively. A is the alkyl group of C1~C10, the cycloalkyl group of C3~C7, or an alkylene group of C1~C10 with the substituted or non-substituted aryl group of C6~C14.
