PURPOSE: A device for displaying a water level and a system for measuring a water level including the same are provided to analyze and measure the measurement result in real time by providing a water level recognition function.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of common terminals is provided. A plurality of water level measurement terminals is arranged along a length direction with a space. A water level measurement controller(110) measures the water level of a water level measurement object by reading the state of the current flowing in the plurality of water level measurement terminals after the current flows in the plurality of common terminals.
