PURPOSE: A temperature compensation apparatus of a display system using a diffractive optical modulator is provided to compensate the variation of the optical feature according to the temperature variation of a diffractive optical modulator and operate the diffractive optical modulator effectively regardless of environmental temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor(410) is located adjacent to a diffractive optical modulator, and detects temperature variation of the diffractive optical modulator, and outputs a temperature data signal. A driver(440) outputs the drive voltage for driving the diffractive optical modulator. A calculation control unit(430) controls the driver, and compensates the variation of the optical property of the diffractive optical modulator due to the temperature change.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
