PURPOSE: A positive sensitive organic-inorganic hybrid insulator composition, a method for forming a pattern of a display device using the composition, and the display device are provided to simplify processes for forming the composition, to obtain excellent sensitivity, resolution, process margin, transparency, and heat-resisting discoloration, and to lower a power consumption.;CONSTITUTION: A positive sensitive organic-inorganic hybrid insulator composition comprises: a siloxane oligomer having a polystyrene-reduced weight average molecular weight of 1,000 ~ 20,000; a 1,2-quinonediazide compound; and a solvent. The siloxane oligomer is obtained through a condensation polymerization of a reactive silane having 1-3 phenol group which is marked as (R_1)_nSi(R_2)_(4-n) and a reactive silane which is marked as Si(R_3)_4. R_1 is a phenyl group and R_2 is an alkoxy group of C1-C4, a phenoxy group, or an acetoxy group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
