PURPOSE: A system for determining histocompatibility by MHC(major histocompatibility complex) area genetic information test is provided to efficiently and accurately detect histocompatibility in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A system for determining histocompatibility by MHC(major histocompatibility complex) area genetic information test comprises: a gene sequence/SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) marker information input unit(110); a marker set extraction unit(120) for extracting common gene sequence or SNP marker set by data compatibility check of a genetic information analyzer; an allele share determining unit(130) for evaluating allele share in the gene sequence or SNP markers; a database(140) for allele share evaluation for storing and managing evaluated information; and an engraving unit(150) for engraving total genome in a constant interval.
