PURPOSE: An upper plate fastening device of a fixing part for a turnout and a method are provided to support a tongue rail and a base rail in a turnout point of a railway.;CONSTITUTION: An upper plate fastening device of a fixing part for a turnout comprises a fixing part upper plate(100), and an elastic clip(200). The fixing part upper plate is composed of an upper plate(110), a sliding surface(120), and screw spike holes. The sliding surface is protruded from the upper plate. The screw spike holes are formed in the left, right, front, and rear sides of the upper plate. The elastic clip is inserted into the inner surface of the sliding surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
