PURPOSE: A connecting member which connects triple pipe and a connecting method using the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing time by manufacturing an inner skin and an outer skin which are made of synthetic resin and formed on the outer circumference of the metallic conduit. CONSTITUTION: A connecting member which connects triple pipe comprises a first extruder(200), a second extruder(300), an extruding mold(400), and a rotating member(500). The first extruder supplies synthetic resin for compressing and molding an inner skin in a metallic conduit. The second extruder supplies the synthetic resin for compressing and molding an outer skin in the outer circumference. The extruding mold is connected to the first and the second extruder. The inner skin is formed in the outer circumference of the metallic conduit. The extruding mold comprises a plurality of molded burrs and an outside mold. The rotating member rotates the inner mold.
