The present invention implements an apparatus for manufacturing a triple pipe, a manufacturing method thereof, a triple pipe manufactured by the same, a connecting member connecting the triple pipe and a connection method using the member. The manufacturing apparatus in which a metal tube and an outer peripheral surface of the metal tube are surrounded by an inner cover and an outer cover made of double synthetic resins comprises first and second extruding machines, an extrusion die, and a rotating unit. The first extruding machine supplies synthetic resins for extrusion molding of the inner cover of the metal tube. The second extruding machine supplies synthetic resins for extrusion molding of the outer cover of the metal tube on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cover. The extrusion die is connected to the first and second extruding machines and includes inner and outer molds, wherein the inner mold rotates and includes a plurality of mold protrusions for forming the inner cover on the outer peripheral surface of the metal tube and for forming a plurality of hollow parts on the inner cover, and the outer mold is fixed to form the outer cover. The rotating unit is connected to one side of the inner mold to rotate the inner mold.
