PURPOSE: A lighter ballpoint pen is provided to improve the design capacity of the ballpoint pen by including a ballpoint pen case installed on one side of a lighter as one body which is incapable of recognizing the ballpoint pen case separately.;CONSTITUTION: A lighter ballpoint pen comprises the following: a protrusion and a recess installed on a ballpoint pen case storing a lighter body, and a ballpoint pen; a sleeve supporting the lower side of the ballpoint pen while being inserted to a ballpoint pen storing chamber of the ballpoint pen case; and a ballpoint pen cap supporting the upper side of the ballpoint pen. The ballpoint pen cap includes a button moving along to a moving groove formed around the outer circumference of the ballpoint pen case, and a spring elevating the ballpoint pen cap, the ballpoint pen, and the sleeve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
