PURPOSE: A ballpoint pen is provided to improve design by forming a ballpoint case, which is included in one side of a lighter body, to be integrated in the lighter body.;CONSTITUTION: A ballpoint pen(30) is formed in one side of a lighter body(10). A ballpoint pen case(20) stores a lighter body and the ballpoint pen. A protrusion(14) and a recess part(22) are engaged with each other. A sleeve(31) supports the lower part of the ballpoint pen by being inserted into the ballpoint storing part(21) of the ballpoint pen case. A ballpoint pen cap(32) supports the upper part of the ballpoint pen by being inserted into the ballpoint storing part. In the ballpoint pen cap, a button(33) moves along a moving groove(23) formed in the outer circumference of the ballpoint pen case.
