PURPOSE: A method for controlling loading amount of cuticle wax of plant cell wall is provided to offer information for effectively defending invasion of pathogen including fungi.;CONSTITUTION: A loss mutation plant is prepared by inserting T-DNA into Arabidopsis thaliana-derived AtLTPG1(Arabidopsis thaliana Lipid Transfer Proteins GPI-anchored) gene. The AtLTPG1 gene has a nucleotide of sequence number 1. The plant is a dicotyledonous plant. The loading amount of cuticle wax of plant cell wall is controlled by preparing the loss mutation plant through insertion of T-DNA. The plant has enhanced sensitivity to fungi. The fungi are Alternaria brassicicola. A composition for controlling loading amount of cuticle wax contains a GPI-anchored lipid transduction protein-coding gene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
