PURPOSE: A water-proof connector and an assembling method thereof are provided to easily insert a terminal into water-proof seals using a rear holder.;CONSTITUTION: A rear holder(40) is combined in a connector housing between waterproofing seals. A modification rib for selectively broadening the diameter of a through hole of the waterproofing seal on one side of the rear holder is protruded. The rear holder broadens the diameter of the through hole of the waterproofing seal according to a direction which is combined with the connector housing. The rear holder is fixed to the connector housing. The rear holder supports one side of the waterproofing seal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
