PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Camellia japonica wine using Camellia japonica leaf is provided to enjoy Camellia japonica specific flavor and useful ingredients.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Camellia japonica wine using Camellia japonica leaf comprises: a step of making distiller's grains; a step of adding rice and jade powder mixture and adding first dipping enzyme; a step of adding Camellia japonica leaves and fermenting for two days; a step of adding second dipping enzyme and fermenting for seven days; and a step of filtering and sterilizing.
