PURPOSE: A magnesium alloy billet continuous casting device is provided to improve the extrusive character and extrusion mechanical property.;CONSTITUTION: A magnesium alloy billet continuous casting device comprises a pre-heater, a melting furnace(14), a warming bath(16), a tundish(18), a molding unit(20), a slab transport unit(30), a slab cut out unit(40). The pre-heater eliminates the moisture and oil of the magnesium alloy ingot surface. The magnesium alloy ingot is melted to melting and the magnesium melted alloy is manufactured. The warming bath transfers while regularly keeping the temperature of the magnesium melted alloy. The tundish supplies the magnesium melted alloy to the fixed speed.
