PURPOSE: A producing method of meth-toluene-diisocyanate is provided to minimize the generation of solid portions insides isocyanate, and to massively perform the gas phase phosgenation.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of meth-toluene-diisocyanate comprises a step of supplying a gas phase stream of meth-toluene diamine generated by vaporizing the gas phase stream of phosgene, and liquid meth-toluene diamine, to a reactor. The meth-toluene diamine forms the meth-toluene-diisocyanate by being gas phase phosgenated. The meth-toluene diamine contains less than 0.5wt% of toluene diamine residue, less than 0.2wt% of ammonia and cycloaliphatic amine, and less than 20ppm of heavy metal components.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
