PURPOSE: A reading lamp is provided to improve an interior effect by drawing out and inserting a lighting unit to a case according to on/off of a switch.;CONSTITUTION: A reading lamp includes a main body(1), a case(2) and a lighting unit. A battery and a switch(12) are arranged on the main body. The case is hinged with the main body. A receiving unit and the lighting unit are arranged inside the case. The lighting unit is drawn and inserted to the case by a operating knob(5). The lighting unit includes an operating unit, an operating knob and a photoconductive stick(4). The operating unit moves according to the guide groove of the case. The operating knob transfers the operating unit.
