PURPOSE: A QoS(Quality of Service) providing system and a QoS providing method about a mobile terminal in the system are provided to offer QoS for each session about the traffic between the mobile terminals.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of connection nodes(120a-120n) processes the distribution forwarding and QoS of the packet delivered between terminals. A center movement control platform(130) updates binding information received from an arbitrary MN(Mobile Node). The center movement control platform establishes the MN and a tunnel.
