PURPOSE: A morning call method and a morning call apparatus are provided to allow a user to effectively wake up from a sleeping state by stimulating the face of the user.;CONSTITUTION: A time setting-up unit(100) sets an alarm time. A water spraying unit(200) including a water storing part and an air injection part and a spraying part sprays water onto a user based on the selection of the user.
