PURPOSE: An epoxy-modified vinyl ester resin composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the thickening property, the hardening property, the heat resistance, and the drug resistance of the composition.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an epoxy-modified vinyl ester resin composition comprises the following steps: mixing 30~40 parts of bisphenol A type epoxy resin by weight with more than one epoxy group, 0.04~0.08 parts of third amine catalyst by weight, and 0.01~0.02 parts of polymerization stopper by weight into a reactor, and increasing the temperature to 100 deg C; slowly inserting 12~18 parts of unsaturated monobasic acid by weight; adding 0.04~0.08 parts of third amine catalyst by weight, and 0.01~0.02 parts of polymerization stopper by weight while maintaining the temperature at 105 deg C; inserting 5~13 parts of polyfunctional base acid by weight; adding 0.08~0.15 parts of antimony trioxide by weight; mixing 30~40 parts of styrene monomer by weight with the resin inside the reactor; and adding 1~3 parts of impregnation enhancer by weight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
