PURPOSE: An IC circuit protection device is provided to prevent damage of an IC due to thermal shock by constituting a temperature sensing part and an output voltage sensing part together.;CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensing part(110) senses the temperature generated in an IC. An output voltage sensing part(120) senses the output voltage outputted in the IC. A switching part(130) is turned on when higher temperature than a reference temperature is detected through the temperature sensing part. A Vcc connection part(140) executes a turn-on/off operation according to the operation of the switching part.
