PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device having good heat radiating function is provided to form increasing means on a lower cover or an upper cover or a guide panel, thereby effectively emitting a light generated form a light source.;CONSTITUTION: A guide panel(125) supports a liquid crystal panel and light guide plate(120). A lower cover(140) an upper cover(142) assemble the liquid crystal panel and the light guide plate, and the guide panel. A heat radiation member is formed on one place among the guide panel, the lower cover, and the upper cover.
