PURPOSE: An apparatus for bending a street light and elevating a lamp is provided to facilitate the work of replacing a lamp by respectively forming a folding unit and an elevating unit on the pipe formed in the upper part of a pillar.;CONSTITUTION: A pillar(100) is perpendicularly installed on the floor surface. One end of a pipe is connected to the upper end of the pillar. The other end of the pipe is extended around road. A lamp(110) is located in the end of the pipe. The lamp illuminates roadside. The pipe is equally divided into a fixing pipe(210) and a bending pipe. A folding unit(300) is formed in the fixing pipe connected to the upper end of the pillar.
