PURPOSE: An insole is provided to evenly decentralize the pressure all around the sole, to lessen the pain of foot, and to get the ventilation effect by the impact in walking.;CONSTITUTION: An insole includes: a cutout part in the toe region; an insole(7) in which a protrusion hole(2) penetrates the plantar center; a plurality of ventilation holes(3) which are formed in the external periphery portion of protrusion hole; an uplift cover(4) which is formed on the bottom surface of the protrusion hole; a cushion pad(6) which has an uplift part(5); and a double-sided tape(8) where the tape cover is attached to the bottom surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
