PURPOSE: A device and a method for improving an image quality are provided to increase unit time productivity when performing image quality improvement work of a digital camera, thereby minimizing an error.;CONSTITUTION: An image streaming device(200) stores one among a first and a second image signals from a digital camera. The image streaming device processes a second control signal. The image streaming device outputs a first control signal. A data processing device compares one among the first and the second image signals stored in the image streaming device with a target value.
