PURPOSE: A magnetic resonance imaging processing device and a method thereof are provided to overcome the deterioration of images due to phase modulation by identically restoring magnetic resonant signals obtained by high speed gradient echo pulses per each phase of gradient magnetic fields, thereby providing magnetic resonance images of high resolution having a high signal-to-noise ratio.;CONSTITUTION: A magnetic resonance imaging processing device (100) includes a pulse applying unit (110) applying a preset high speed spin echo pulse sequence to an RF coil and gradient magnetic coils of a magnetic resonance device; an echo signal acquisition unit (120) acquires gradient spin echo signals generated by the applied high speed spin echo pulse sequence via a reception coil of the magnetic resonance device; and a magnetic resonance imaging processing unit (130) which restores the obtained gradient spin echo signals by sorting the signals per each phase and generating a magnetic resonance image by combining restored images per each phase.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (110) Pulse applying unit; (120) Echo signal acquisition unit; (130) Magnetic resonance imaging processing unit; (200) Magnetic resonance unit
