PURPOSE: A method for preparing bacteriophage in which molecular recognition material is aligned is provided to use in mass spectrometer which is able to specifically detect a small amount of materials.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing bacteriophage in which molecular recognition material is aligned comprises: a step of inserting a gene spacer corresponding to thrombine amino acid cutting sequence and signal amplification peptide to obtain a recombinant phagemid; a step of inserting a gene fragment corresponding to Z domain peptide to modified fd-SN-tet GGGGS linker to obtain a recombinant phage; and a step of preparing a phage having thrombin amino acid cutting sequence and a peptide for signal amplification.
