PURPOSE: A torsional vibration damper is provided to obtain damping effect by flowing damping medium by and deforming a leaf spring assembly.;CONSTITUTION: A torsional vibration damper comprises: an outer housing(11); an inside portion(12) which is concentric with the outer housing; a plurality of chambers(13) which is formed between the outer housing and the inside portion, is filed with a damping medium, and is connected through an overflow channel(14); and a plurality of leaf spring assemblies(15) which is arranged in the chambers and interlinks the outer housing and the inside portion by torsionally flexible manner. The leaf spring assemblies include a machining-induced deflection. Two leaf spring assemblies are arranged in one chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
