PURPOSE: A transformable rudder of a vessel is provided to achieve precise and quick steering by reducing the area during high-speed traveling and increasing the area during low-speed traveling or in an emergency.;CONSTITUTION: A transformable rudder of a vessel comprises a rudder body(110), a transformation member(120), and a transformation drive part(130). The rudder body is installed in order that the direction is converted for steering of a hull. The transformation member is installed in the rudder body and slides to protrude from or retract into the rudder body.
