PURPOSE: A sliding opening/closing apparatus for a cellular phone is provided to prevent whole thickness from increasing while combining of the first and the second link plates.;CONSTITUTION: The second hinge fixing unit(21) and second connection groove are formed in one side and the other side of the second link plate(20). The second groove unit is formed inside the second link plate. An elastic combination implement(30) includes the first and second brackets(31,35) and a spring(S). The first and second brackets are combined with the first and second connecting homes composed in the first and second plates.
