PURPOSE: A winch is provided to save necessary power to move load by mounting two loads having different weight to apply rotation force after adjusting the right and left balance.;CONSTITUTION: In the winch, the rate of the diameter of a large wheel(42) and a small wheel(43) become balanced according to the mass rate of a balance body(12) and an object(11).
