PURPOSE: A making method for different kinds of buns is provided to make different taste of buns by filling the buns inside with processed filling or different kinds of ingredients, and to make the beneficial buns.;CONSTITUTION: A making method for different kinds of buns includes the following steps: aging thawed dough with yeast; topping the aged dough with topping cream; baking the topped dough in an oven for 8 ~ 10 minutes; filling the dough with fillings using a whipping device; sealing the dough with the whipping cream(S7); baking the sealed bun for 2 ~ 4 minutes(S8); packing the bun.
